Workday - Speke Hall

Sunday 01 July 2018
08:45 to 16:15

This week we are back, after more than 2 years away, Speke Hall near Liverpool.

Just a stone’s throw from the runway at Liverpool John Lennon Airport lies Speke Hall. A tudor mansion house with more than 400 years turbulent history. We last travelled along the M62 to Speke in 2016 when we joined our sister group Merseyside National Trust Environmental Volunteers to do some brash clearance and this week we will be again joining MNTEV but what the task will be is not yet known but Ian the ranger always appreciates our help. Some of our other tasks has included Rhodi and Balsam bashing, hay racking and fence painting.

Meet in Styal Carpark for lift share @ 8.45
