Manchester National Trust Volunteers

This week we are back on the Speke Estate. Ranger Ian and team love having us over and we love going there. What they have in store for us is a mystery but we hope it will be hard work, fun and we can do a little bit of plane spotting whilst working as the Estate backs onto Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Whilst there we may get chance to go in the house itself, it is one of the finest examples of a wood-framed wattle-and-daub Tudor manor house.
